Unnamed story idea

Inspired by a quest I was doing in ESO

In a war-torn country, people are struggling to survive. Fortunately for some, they are able to find refuge with an underground movement that harbors them and offers them passage to a location that will keep them safe. In order to remain a secret, however, the location of where this safe haven lies isn't disclosed to even the refugees themselves. Unfortunately for them, they'll soon find out that this so-called safe haven isn't so safe after all.

And that's basically it xP
